My Bio
My name is Stephanie I am 23 years old and I was born and raised in Canada. My two most favourite things in the world are traveling and photography. Outside of Canada I have had the pleasure of traveling to Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, and Dominican Republic. My favourite place in Canada would defiantly be in the mountains, I am so fascinated by them and they are the most fun to take pictures of.
I have always enjoyed all kinds of art, My uncle, Dave More and aunt Katie More, are very successful artist and Dave is famous for his murals in many cities and towns in Canada and I have always looked up to him and have been told I have an eye for art just like him. My dream and goal in life would be to be part of the National Geographic team :)

India! Here I come :)

Mid January I will be going on a new adventure for 3 weeks in India. I have plans to see the Taj Mahal and other amazing landmarks and buildings but something I am really excited for is visiting the small villages and tribes in the southern part. If anyone has any advice for taking photos in India please let me know :) more photos to be posted soon!

Everyday there is always something I see that I want to capture with my Canon. I carry around my camera as often as I can but unfortunately I cant lug it around with me every where. It's times like these when my IPhone has come in handy. It's not the best quality but I can constantly practice my creativity when I can't have my SLR with me, And I must admit it takes pretty good shots for a phone. My camera on my Iphone has helped me come up with cool ideas for different angles and styles for when I get to use my Canon.

Finally a photography course that made sense! over the weekend I attended a photography course instructed by Brad Wrobleski, who has traveled the world and has had his work featured in magazines such as National Geographic, and he made using my camera seem so simple and taught me to say good bye to the "program" and "automatic" features on my camera for good and stick to nothing but manual. I recommend you check out his work and his photography school... great for beginners!
